For some reason they are incapable of being transparent.
They feel it's best to hide the indecency found in their halls.
Pedophile teacher, overt acts of racism, death threats, bomb threats, sexual assaults in the elementary campus, and probably so much they have yet to reveal.
They only seem to feel the need to confront their issues when the media gets wind of the offenses.
They are too concerned with their image of the "character building" and supposedly "rigorous" academic institution to confess the increasing problems oozing from their halls.
